The product is nice, but the customer service is so unfortunate. I bought a $200 bed that is not the right size and I would like to swap it out for one size smaller. You still make the money. The original one is in the original condition still in the bag, but they would not help me with cost to send it back even though clearly you have the capabilities due to free shipping. To ship it back is $160. So in order to get what I actually want I would end up spending $560 total so unfortunate that you cannot help. It seems to be false advertising as your website says everywhere we accept returns we accept return returns. Who knew that meant at the price of $160. Again, your stuff is great, but nobody would want to order knowing how stuck you make your client.

Very Nice Wicker Basket

The basket is very good quality and makes an attractive addition to our kitchen for the dogs. One star taken off for the cushion, which is inferior to the basket. I recognize a better cushion would add to the cost. I may replace it down the road.

Another basket purchased for our second dog. We live in the south and wicker baskets are by far the best beds for our large dogs providing suitable ventilation, cleanliness and aesthetically pleasing beds. Pleasant company to deal with.
